What if my parcel does not arrive?
We ask if you could patiently wait up to 15 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If, you have still not received your order after this time, please get in touch with us and we will look into this for you.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels due to postal error. If you find yourself in this position please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number to help you locate your parcel.

How long do I have to return an item?
Because we hand select all our items and many are limited edition and low quantities we offer a 10 day return policy starting on the day you receive your product. All items must be un-worn and with original packaging and tags.
Please follow the Return Instructions on the Info Card which you will find in your shipment.
Please note, we cannot offer returns on pierced jewelry or on swimwear and lingerie. Any body products must be returned un-opened and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the purchaser.
What type of CREDIT will I get?
We will provide a online store CREDIT only for items returned that fall under our return policies. We do not offer refunds.
How long will it take to receive my CREDIT ?
CREDITS may take up to 15 business days due to the current COVID 19 handing restrictions to process once a claim is submitted. We will make an effort to contact you once we have received your returned item into the warehouse and to give you status on your return and to provide your online credit code.
Can I return my online order to a boutique shop location?
Unfortunately our boutique location is not set up to take returns from our online shop.
What do I do if I receive a wrong or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.
Do you have a catalogue?
Because our collections are hand selected and many are limited quantities we do not offer a print catalogue at this time.
Sometimes an items is so popular that is sells out in record time. If you find an item online that states “Back Ordered” you can still place your order and will be sure to get it to you as soon as possible. If your order contains other items we will hold your order for 5 business days to fulfill the entire order and if an item is still in back order status at that time we will ship out the bulk of the order to you with the back ordered item on a separate shipment at no cost to you when it becomes available.
When will be credit card be charged?
Your credit card will automatically be charged as soon as the order is confirmed in the system.
